KYRALISPHON Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return for most items purchased from KYRALISPHON within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable items, custom-made products, and clearance items. Additionally, any products that have been used or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.

3. Process for Returns

2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Securely pack the product and include the RMA number inside the package.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and processed within 7 business days. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
